Avoid Alcohol: Alcohol has lots of calories and it also dehydrates the body. The continuous and excessive intake of alcohol is a major factor of obesity or increased body weight. You should try to quit this habit. If you cannot quit this habit then you should try to reduce the alcohol intake, as much as possible.
